Refund Policy

At INDIAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS (BPS), we strive to provide high-quality educational programs, events, and services.

1. Event Registrations

• Registration fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by us.
• If an event is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.

2. Course Enrollments

• All course fees are non-refundable.
• No refunds will be issued once the course has started or access has been granted.

3. Membership Fees

• Membership fees are non-refundable once processed.

4. Transfer Policy

• Registrations may be transferred to another participant with prior approval.

5. Payment Errors

• In case of duplicate or incorrect payments, refunds will be processed after verification.

6. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days.
